All lanes have reopened on Interstate 64 eastbound around mile marker 18.4 following a multi-car wreck that shut lanes down and caused delays Wednesday evening.
A MetroSafe spokeswoman said a call came in for an injury accident involving four cars at 6:32 p.m. At least one person was taken to the hospital.
TRIMARC posted on Twitter around 7 p.m. that the right and middle lanes were blocked and would cause delays.
TRIMARC’s website said delays may be up to one hour.
Around 7:30 p.m., TRIMARC posted on Twitter that all lanes were back open.
