Bugzy Malone has reportedly been involved in a serious motorcycle crash.

The 29-year-old rapper was filmed before the accident, with footage circulating on Twitter showing the star riding his motorcycle, with a friend cheering him on.

Passers-by, who have since been criticised by fans, went on to film the star while he was lying on the floor following the crash.

The man believed to be Bugzy – real name Aaron Davis – was seen being taken away on a stretcher, and his current condition is unknown.

Waqas Mahmood and Shahbaz Arif Mahmood, two brothers who rushed to Bugzy’s help, recall how they ‘carried on talking’ to him until the ambulance and police arrived.

They told The Sun: ‘He had an orange jacket on. We rang the ambulance and carried on talking to him until the ambulance service and police came.

‘The car and the quad had an accident, the car was smoking. It was parked in the middle of the road. It’s a residential road that leads onto the motorway. We saw the driver. He was out of the car and on his phone to the police.’

According to the pair, Bugzy confirmed his identity as they revealed: ‘He was not injured. The person who had the accident told me his name was Aaron Davies.’

One of the brothers said: ‘The only advice the paramedics gave us was to apply pressure on his head. He’s lucky he’s got away with it.’

Fans and friends of the star have been sending well-wishes and hoping for his speedy recovery

YouTuber KSI wrote: ‘I’m praying for you fam, please don’t die on us @TheBugzyMalone.’

Fellow rapper Krept said: ‘Prayers out to bugzy,’ while Chip, who Bugzy has previously been embroiled in a feud with, added: ‘Prayers out to @TheBugzyMalone from the most sincere place in my heart and soul. Hope he pulls through.’

Lethal Bizzle went on to say: ‘Hope Bugzy is ok,’ while Yungen wrote: Prayers to Bugzy man.’

Others have hit out at the people who recorded him following the crash, with one fan fuming: ‘Bugzy malone comes off his bike and the first thing someone does is record it, absolute idiots, wish him a speedy recovery [sic].’

Another said: ‘Shouldnt be filming him in that condition tbh.. But Praying for Bugzy.. at least he was moving & communicating.’

‘The fact someone felt the need to film Bugzy Malone whilst he’s lay on the floor pouring with blood and badly injured. The lengths people go for some clout,’ an upset fan tweeted.

Sharing their anger, one fan said: ‘I can’t stand people who film bad things for attention instead of helping put your f*****g phone away. I hope Bugzy Malone is gonna be okay.’

Bugzy is best known for his album King of the North, and being one of the first Manchester-born grime stars to see mainstream success in the UK.

In December, the rapper proposed to his longtime girlfriend during a romantic trip to Paris. According to the eyewitnesses, she rushed to Bugzy’s side after he called her number.
